We are hiring guards, gunmen, bouncers, supervisors and housekeeping staff across Delhi, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh.

Regular work

Deployments at factories, banks, hospitals, offices and societies across Delhi NCR.

Wages as per law

Salary paid as per the Minimum Wages Act, with EPF and ESI benefits.

Free training

15 days of training before deployment, plus on-the-job training at your posting.

Uniform provided

Full uniform and kit supplied by the company at no cost to you.

Who can apply

Eligibility

Minimum qualification: Matriculation (10th pass) and above
Intermediate and above preferred for guard and supervisor posts
Ex-servicemen and retired Police / Paramilitary personnel especially welcome
Good character, sound health and physical fitness
English-speaking candidates preferred for MNC and corporate sites
Willing to work in shifts, including night duty

Documents to bring

Aadhaar card, PAN card, two passport photographs, educational certificate, and discharge book (for ex-servicemen).

Hiring process

What happens after you apply

Our HR team contacts you on the number you provide to confirm your details and answer questions.
Interview and document check
Screening is done by senior officers of the armed forces together with HR professionals, at our Naraina office.
Training
Selected candidates complete a minimum 15 days of training — behaviour, fire-fighting drills, parade and physical drill, lift and generator operation.
Grading
Written and physical examinations follow the training. Candidates are graded A or B on individual performance.
Deployment
You are posted to a client site with uniform provided, and on-the-job training continues at the site.
